BillJunction is a secure online service that allows you to receive your bills, review the bill details and issue payment instructions, anytime and from anywhere.

You can pay bills under the Enterprise Bill Payment section, if you pay not more than 50 bills per month, and can be defined as any of the following:

  • Company
  • Bodies Corporate
  • Association of persons (Incorporated or not)
  • Partnership firms
  • Society
  • Government Organisation

However, if your enterprise pays more than 50 bills per month, we have another bill payment option available to suit your needs.

 Various services we offer include:
The convenience of paying any bill by simply selecting the relevant biller or payee. We have a tie-up with most of the service providers, who have been classified into Billers and Payees.
Billers present their bills electronically and accept payments through us, whereas Payees accept payments, but do not present their bills through us yet.
The facility to pay through any of your bank accounts. You can use any type of
account (Savings/Current/ Cash Credit), and as many accounts (in any city) as you wish to pay your bills. However, a separate mandate form will have to be submitted for each account you wish to use.

Payment features to give you the flexibility of instructing how much to pay and when to pay. We also give you the date on which the payment will be debited, and the option to edit your payment instructions if you wish.

The option of scheduling your payments in advance using our Auto Pay facility. You can also opt for Manual Pay and authorise each payment.

Auto Pay allows you to authorise BillJunction to make payments on your behalf without requiring your approval each time you get a bill, as per the amount limit determined by you. Payments will then be made automatically, as long as the bill amount is within the limits set by you.

With Manual Pay you will have to review each payment, and issue a payment instruction. We keep you informed about all the bills you receive on BillJunction.

The ease of managing your bills. We give you the status of all your bills, and also maintain an online record of the bills. Details of your presented bills and payments made online are retained for up to one year in our online Archives.

Our advanced querying feature allows you to generate customised reports (datewise, billerwise, payment source-wise) for payments made by you.

In addition, we have an offline archive, which stores your payment details for a period of three years. For more details on this, do write to us and we'll reply at your mailing address.

Constant reminders to make sure you pay all your bills on time. Our email alerts keep you informed about your bill status at all times.

An email alert is sent: when a new bill arrives, before it becomes overdue, to inform you to keep your account funded before a debit, and after the bill is paid.
