The service has been interrupted due to one of the following reasons:-

• Service not used for over 10 minutes, resulting in a Time Out.
• The "Back" option of the browser menu used to access the previous page.
• The "Refresh" option of the browser menu used to reload the previous page.
• Any other reason which the system does not allow due to security concerns.
