Is it safe to transact through BillJunction?
Complete security of your transactions & information is our foremost consideration.
BillJunction is password protected i.e. the access to the service or to any of your personal or financial information on the website is provided only if a user provides the valid Login Name and Password.
Further, all Online Information Exchange is Encrypted. Unlike normal Internet communication, information provided to us at our website is sent in a "secure session" established with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL technology). SSL technology secretly encodes the information that is sent over the Internet between your computer and our website. The encryption is done using 128-bit RC4 encryption, the maximum level of encryption possible on Internet.


What happens if I forget my Password?
If you forget your Password, you will be asked to enter your Login Name & Bank Account Number.On successful authentication the new password will be either emailed to you or couriered to you depending upon your choice.
Please be careful in remembering your Login Name and Password.


What happens if I forget my Login Name ?
If you forget your Login Name , please send us an email at support@techprocess.co.in. Your new Login Name and Password will be couriered to you in a sealed envelope, at your mailing address. Once you login to the site using this Login Name and Password, you will be asked to change your Password. This procedure is being followed to protect your Personal Information and to prevent unauthorised usage of your account.


I receive an error message when I access BillJunction, what do I do?
Please gather the following information and then send us an email at support@techprocess.co.in
1. Who is your Internet Service Provider?
2. What browser are you using?
3. What version of the browser you are using? (Click on the browser's Help button, then choose "About" to see the version number.)
4. Which operating system you are using (Windows 95, 98 or NT)?
5. What type of computer are you using (Celeron, Pentium, etc)?


Are my personal details susceptible to misuse?
No, the data is sent in an encrypted manner to the Clearing House. The encryption software itself is provided by the Reserve Bank of India to us.


Are Internet transactions safe?

Who can access my bill details and other personal information?
You are the only person who can access your account, as it is password protected, and the password is known only to you. Only authorised employees of BillJunction can access your account information on a need-to-know basis, for processing your instructions.


Does BillJunction have an unlimited access to my bank account?
Billjunction does not have direct access to your Bank Account. All your bill payment instructions are forwarded to Reserve Bank of India, which in turn instructs to your Bank to debit your Bank Account.


Do I need online banking to use the BillJunction service?
No. Billjunction works independent of online banking, and therefore you do not need online banking functionality to use the BillJunction service.


What If I am traveling and can't access my computer or the Internet?
If you are traveling and will not be able to access to the Internet, we suggest that you set up an Auto-pay for the particular Billers to whom you wish to make payments.

Can I access BillJunction through cafes or kiosks ?
Yes, all you need is access to a computer connected to the Internet. It could be at your home, office, Internet cafe or a kiosk. Simply log on to www.billjunction.com and view, manage and pay all your bills.
