What if I have questions about my online bills?
In case you have not received your bill online or have questions about the bill, simply send us an email through your secure mail-box provided by us. You can also send your queries to support@techprocess.co.in
Please note that if your question is concerning a disputed amount on your bill, it would be advisable to contact your Biller directly. BillJunction is not authorised to verify amount on a bill and it simply presents to you the information given by your service provider.


How do I cancel my membership with BillJunction?
We assure you that once you start paying your bills through BillJunction, you will find it is a convenient and hassle-free way of paying bills. However, should you want to cancel your membership with Billjunction, write and inform us at the following address:

I had Registered offline through a Billjunction executive. How do I know the status of my application?
You can email us indicating your Application Number and DSA code mentioned on the tear-way section of the Application Form retained by you. We will revert with the status of your application.


I had registered offline & I have received my PIN mailer but it is in tampered condition. What do I do now?
Please email us at support@techprocess.co.in indicating your Name & User Id. We will reset the password and issue a fresh PIN mailer to you.


I had registered offline & I have received my PIN mailer, but the User ID and password is not properly visible?
Please email us at support@techprocess.co.in indicating your name & contact address (as given by you in the registration form) we will reset the password and issue a fresh PIN mailer to you
