How can I become a BillJunction Family Member ?
  All the registered customers, whose billjunction account has been activated, automatically become member of the BillJunction Family.
The registered customers do not include our Business Account and Corporate Bill Management users.
 

 
2. Do I have to pay an entry or registration fee to become a  member?
  - No, It is absolutely free for our registered users.
 

 
 3. Why do customers of Delhi NCR & Chennai get  more points per transaction?
  -The above locations do not have electricty as a service provider which is a monthly bill and therefore the ability to earn points is less compared to other locations which have electricity as a service provider. As and when we have a tie-up, the point structure will be rationalised.
 

 
 4. What happens if I do not get 200 points in 10 months?
  - The points collected lapse. However you move on to the new cycle/round for collection of points.
 

 
5. Can I redeem my points for cash?
  No, Points can be redeemed only as a discount on renewal of the bill payment package.
 

 
6. How will I come to know the number of points that I have collected?
  As a BillJunction Family member, you can check the number of points accumulated, and redeemed by logging into your BillJuntion account and clicking on the "Personal Information Section".

  - Every time you pay your bills through Billjunction you earn points.

9. What is the number of points that I earn per transaction?
  In case of locations of Mumbai, Bangalore, Calcutta, Pune, Ahmedabad & Hyderabad you earn 10 points for every successful transaction. ( Bill Payment )
  In case of locations of Delhi NCR & Chennai  you earn 15 points per 
successful transaction. ( Bill Payment )
 

 
10. How do I redeem my points earned?
  The BillJunction Family reward points work on the principle of "Pay more, Earn more"
  BillJunction Family POINTS REDEMPTION
 
- On accumulation of 200 points within 10 months, you get a relationship  discount of 20% on   renewal of the bill payment package selected by you.
- Moreover, if you accumulate 200 points within 7 months, you get a relationship discount of   30% on renewal of the bill payment package selected by you.
 

 
11. Do I receive any gift on renewal of my bill payment package?
  - All customers on renewal of Bill payment package will receive a free gift from us-
 

 
  • Free Insurance cover worth Rs. 1,50,000/- for renewing to a Diamond.
  • Free Insurance cover worth Rs. 1,25,000/-for renewing to Platinum.
  • Free Insurance cover worth Rs. 75,000/- for renewing to Gold.
  • Free Insurance cover worth Rs. 50,000/- for renewing to Supremo.

    Note :
    • This Insurance cover pertains to Insurance against Personal Accident Death of the Insured.

    • The Insurance cover will be effective for a period of 1 year from the date of collection of Billjunction Bill Payment package charges.

    • ICICI Lombard General insurance Co. Ltd, reserves the right to cancel the certificate of Insurance, abinitio, / deny liability in the absence of all the required information as per the proposal form.

    12. When do I start accumulating points?
