can I become a BillJunction Family Member?
All the registered customers, whose billjunction account has
been activated, automatically become member of the BillJunction
Family.
The registered customers do not include our Business Account
and Corporate Bill Management users.
Do
I have to pay an entry or registration fee to become a member?
No, It is absolutely free for our registered users.
Why
do customers of Chennai get more points per transaction?
The above locations do not
have electricty as a service provider which is a monthly
bill and therefore the ability to earn points is less compared
to other locations which have electricity as a service
provider. As and when we have a tie-up, the point structure
will be rationalised.
What
happens if I do not get 200 points in 10 months? The points collected lapse.
However you move on to the new cycle/round for collection
of points.
Can I redeem my points for cash? No, Points can be redeemed
only as a discount on renewal of the bill payment package.
How
will I come to know the number of points that I have collected? As a BillJunction Family member, you can check the number
of points accumulated, redeemed and the balance points
