 How do I register for this service? What information do I need to give?
 Subscribe online by registering with BillJunction. This is a one-time registration process.

 During the registration process, you will be asked …

 To select your BillJunction User ID & Password.
 To give your contact information (to courier your Welcome Kit)
 To give your bank account information (to enable you to pay your bills through  your  bank account).
 To select the Bill Payment Package of your choice (to enable you to select the  package  denomination, and mode of bill payment).

 Once you complete the registration process, BillJunction will send you an acknowledge  
 e-mail. It will also send you a registration form, pre-printed will all the information that you  have provided.

 Please sign the registration form (as per your signature's in the bank records) and send the  form back to us. We can also arrange to pick the forms from your doorstep.  

 BillJunction will process your application and activate your account.

 When will my BillJunction account get activated? How will I know?
 Once you have signed the registration form and sent it to us, we will process  your  application and activate your BillJunction account.
 You will be informed about it through an e-mail as well as an SMS. You can also  write to  us at support@techprocess.co.in, or call our Call Centre at  39898928 to get  the status of your application.

 My BillJunction account is activated. How do I create the list of bills I want to  pay?
 Once your BillJunction account is activated, you can log into www.billjunction.com  using  your User Id and Password (that you had selected at the time of  registration).
 You can click on the link "My Biller List"
 How do I pay my bills through INTERNET?
   PAYMENT TO BILLERS (VIEW & PAY BILLS)
 We receive your bill electronically from your service provider.
 We notify you through an email / SMS.
 You logon to www.billjunction.com using your User ID and Password.
 Once logged in, you can view your bill details online.
 You click on 'PAY' button and instruct us to pay your bill.
 We send your instruction to RBI for its processing through the Electronic Clearing  Service.
 Based on your instruction, your bank account gets debited and we make  payment to  your service provider.
 We send you an email / SMS confirmation about the payment of your bill.
 The bills are stored electronically in your BillJunction account for your future  reference.

 PAYMENT TO PAYEES (PAY BILLS)
 You receive your physical paper bill from your service provider.
 You logon to www.billjunction.com using your User ID and Password.
 Once logged in, you can enter your bill details online - bill amount and bill due  date.
 You click on 'PAY' button and instruct us to pay your bill.
 We send your instruction to RBI for it's processing through the Electronic Clearing  Service.
 Based on your instruction, your bank account gets debited and we make  payment to  your service provider.
 We send you an email / SMS confirmation about the payment of your bill.
 The bills are stored electronically in your BillJunction account for your future  reference.

 How do I pay my bills through SMS?
 
 
 
 I have forgotten my Password. How can get a new one?
   It is not uncommon for people to forget their Passwords. BillJunction enables you to get a  fresh  password through the following options:

 a) Get a new password ONLINE:
 On the homepage of www.billjunction.com, click on the "Forgot your password"  link.Here, you  will be asked to enter your Login Name (or User ID) & Bank Account  Number. On successful  authentication, the new password will be either e-mailed to you or  couriered to you depending  upon your choice.

 b) Get a new password OFFLINE:
 Please write to us at support@techprocess.co.in indicating your Name and User Id.  For purpose  of authentication and added security, we may ask you to furnish a signed  application or a fax  copy of your request.We will issue you a new password and will courier PIN Mailer to you.
